Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving the item

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, Men’s Slippers are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please include the RAN on the package.
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. For exchanges, your new item will be shipped once the returned item is received and processed.

Shipping Costs
